I have been here at the Father Hurley Blvd at Germantown MD For more than 4 years I rented a washer and dryer from a company they deal with I decided I didnt want to rent it anymore I informed the assistant manager back in November of last year she d I have been here at the Father Hurley Blvd at Germantown MD For more than 4 years I rented a washer and dryer from a company they deal with I decided I didnt want to rent it anymore I informed the assistant manager back in November of last year she didnt tell me I had to make the request in writing 30 days in advance so the appliances could be picked up Ana informed me to write the letter and I did I put the letter in the slot on the door where we put our rent payments they claim that the letter was lost Ana went on vacation for about 3 weeks I had to wait until she came back in order to ask about the letter I wrote of course she said it was lost she told me to do another letter and I did because she didnt tell me about the 30 days they want me to pay for the whole month of January It should be their lost not mine Matthew is not training his staff properly more ... hide ...

The financial abuses are shocking and Brisee who writes so glowingly about this place is actually his office manager

Phone wifi is none existent in hallways and some common areas Amenities are not up to expectations as most are locked up after 5pm and weekends Main building needs new carpeting and brighter lighting Although its an Independent Senior Living Manage Phone wifi is none existent in hallways and some common areas Amenities are not up to expectations as most are locked up after 5pm and weekends Main building needs new carpeting and brighter lighting Although its an Independent Senior Living Management doesnt consider having easier entry access as a priority Independent doesnt preclude the use of assistance equipment ie wheelchairs scooters rollators canes etc and residents find it extremely difficult to maneuver safely and easily throughout the buildings Lack of security services is a concern which Management has left up to the residents to assure and resolve on their own that no one enters behind them into the building nor to let anyone in Go figure how safety is not a priority for seniors Neighbors are nice and the location is beautiful by lakeside more ... hide ...
