Well I lived out my year lease there and while I was living there I experienced roaches in the beginning but then I started killing them and then strange people that I didnt know started coming to my door for no apparent reason people who I didnt eveWell I lived out my year lease there and while I was living there I experienced roaches in the beginning but then I started killing them and then strange people that I didnt know started coming to my door for no apparent reason people who I didnt even know and then before my lease ended I started experiencing leakage from the kitchen ceiling right in between the refrigerator and the wall right next to the bathroom door they put me in a apartment and never changed the carpet or blinds before me moving in I havent even received my security deposit back for me being there for the year and I never been late with my rent or missed paying my rent so Im just wondering when will I be receiving my deposit back and I hope its very soon because Im in need of it nowmore ...hide ...

Well for starters the home were nice when I moved in only concern I had was the flat paint (Painting was not completed semigloss was never put on the walls) . I was the first person to move in my home and trying my best to move before this summer. You will get a new property manager ever other yr maybe 9 months tops maintenance also. Some of the guys was stealing they fired one good lead maintenance guy we had because he didnt want too walk in the homes in the height of covid-19. I have been asking for new carpet for 5yrs now all I get is maintenance taken pics and nothing gets done. My times has come too and END HERE AT EMERALD SPRINGS ITS BEEN REAL.more ...hide ...
