Robin's behavior is completely unprofessional and impolite. To start with, she never picked up the phone. It took me ten attempts to finally get an answer, only to be scolded for calling too much. It took me ten attempts to finally get an answer, only to be scolded for calling too much. How could she even know I called that many times if she wasn't watching it? Not to mention the time I wasted driving over to her office; I had made an appointment to fill out an application, but she was a no-show during the scheduled business hours. On top of that, she yelled at me for unintentionally stepping on her flowers. When I asked the maintenance man for her boss's contact details, he had no idea; it was clear that she was lazy and disrespectful. If she doesn't enjoy working in customer service, she should get a different job. To make matters worse, when I asked if there were any vacancies, she told me that it didn't matter since I hadn't applied yet. But I was looking for something currently available, not to be put on a waiting list. Applying for something that isn't available is a complete waste of time.more ...hide ...
