i lived Cider mill for 7 yrs i liked it my rent was responible and pd electricmanager nice he fixed thingsonly reason for my move was to many smokers in building in my apt could smell it very nice apts
Not a bad place to start Have no problems with neighbors or management since I moved in The rent is reasonable and electric is the only thing not included

I wouldnt recommend this place at all to anyone. I tried to apply to this place and was denied. Whatever, it happens. That being said, the whole application process was extremely unprofessional. That being said, the whole application process was extremely unprofessional. I called to inquire about my application and I never received a call back. A week later I FINALLY got a hold of someone and the owner was extremely rude to me. When I simply asked why we were denied he explained it was because of credit and hung up on me. I dont think it would have been a good fit anyways because I really do not think the owner would have been a good landlord. Oh well, onward and upward.more ...hide ...

In this time period, we have had 4 different managers. The current manager chooses who she likes and gets rid of the rest. I would not advise anyone to live here. I do not care if she reads this; it is my personal opinion. Last year I took a vacation. While I was gone, they assumed that I had fleas in my apartment (which was always spotless). The maintenance person came and flea bombed the place. When I came back after a month, the bomb cans were still there, and I had to spend $250 to get my furniture and apartment professionally cleaned. In December of last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I underwent breast cancer surgery, radiation, and contracted pneumonia. Meanwhile, she kept sending me violations for smoking even though I quit when I found out about my cancer. I wrote her a letter to explain this, but it didn't matter. After that, I received a 30-day notice to move out. So I'm relocating soon. I highly discourage living here as the maintenance work is practically non-existent.more ...hide ...
