I do not care if she reads this; it is my personal opinion. Last year I took a vacation. While I was gone, they assumed that I had fleas in my apartment (which was always spotless). The maintenance person came and flea bombed the place. When I came back after a month, the bomb cans were still there, and I had to spend $250 to get my furniture and apartment professionally cleaned. In December of last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I underwent breast cancer surgery, radiation, and contracted pneumonia. Meanwhile, she kept sending me violations for smoking even though I quit when I found out about my cancer. I wrote her a letter to explain this, but it didn't matter. After that, I received a 30-day notice to move out. So I'm relocating soon. I highly discourage living here as the maintenance work is practically non-existent. more ... hide ...

This is a Smoke Free facility Yet smokers are free to smoke with the smoke odor prevelant throughout the building Nothing is done about it It stinks

Nice Apartments but Ive waited 4 years for them to call my name for approval My brother lives there and he says the maintenance is terrible
