I tried to apply to this place and was denied. Whatever, it happens. That being said, the whole application process was extremely unprofessional. The maintenance person came and flea bombed the place. When I came back after a month, the bomb cans were still there, and I had to spend $250 to get my furniture and apartment professionally cleaned. In December of last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I underwent breast cancer surgery, radiation, and contracted pneumonia. Meanwhile, she kept sending me violations for smoking even though I quit when I found out about my cancer. I wrote her a letter to explain this, but it didn't matter. After that, I received a 30-day notice to move out. So I'm relocating soon. I highly discourage living here as the maintenance work is practically non-existent. more ... hide ...
