Worse apt Ive ever lived in. The owner lost his parents and is currently taking it on the complex like we are his children. Upon moving in the unit looked bad and I noted everything. Upon moving in the unit looked bad and I noted everything. They STILL found a way to keep my whole security deposit. My rent was paid up until April the last 6 months and as soon as I couldnt pay AHEAD months they wanted me out. If your on the first floor when it rains at all you will be flooded out... The back area is a swamp. Doors keep coming off. Screen never stays on. And every now and then when the upstairs neighbors flushed their toilet my ceiling leaked. Only move here if you TIRED OF SLEEPING IN YOUR CARmore ...hide ...
