I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them. I attached all my proof and documentation. I called today 11/05/18 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didnt get a call back. The apartment complex I applied with Oxford Square coop dont answer the phone or this management company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will complain on every review site I can find. Sharon never answer the phone in the office.
