The back area is a swamp. Doors keep coming off. Screen never stays on. And every now and then when the upstairs neighbors flushed their toilet my ceiling leaked. I mailed and faxed a appeal to them regarding my application for a property I applied for that was denied in error to them. I attached all my proof and documentation. Per Kristen, she had not received any of my appeal information and someone else may have picked it up from the fax. After we gotten off the phone, I faxed the appeal again to her attn. I called today 11/05/18 to check the status of the appeal and to verify that the fax was received and I didnt get a call back. The apartment complex I applied with Oxford Square coop dont answer the phone or this management company. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable. I will complain on every review site I can find. Sharon never answer the phone in the office.
