East Village Apartments has so touched my heart The head office manager took the time out of her busy day to show me around the property herself Initially I was a little nervous about applying because I am shy The minute I walked in the door I immedi East Village Apartments has so touched my heart The head office manager took the time out of her busy day to show me around the property herself Initially I was a little nervous about applying because I am shy The minute I walked in the door I immediately felt wanted and valued as a person Thanks to the excellent greetings and attentiveness my spirit was lifted and my heart warmed From the moment I walked into the facility I knew I mattered to the staff and they wanted to make sure I was comfortable with every step of the process The wonderful beverage area located in the propertys community room allowed me to enjoy a cup of hot lemon tea It was a chilly day so the tea came just in time Im sure I asked site manager Christina Zimmerman a thousand and one questions during my appointment even repeating some of the same questions by mistake Christina never got frustrated or impatient she didnt even show signs of being bothered by me once It was a pleasure to speak with her and I felt welcomed and valued by her as well as AEON I had all the time I needed to feel comfortable with my decision to apply to this wonderful community of apartments and townhomes At no point did she act like there was somewhere else she wanted to be Other office staff members were also very friendly and accommodating That office provided a level of comfort I rarely see in large housing management companies East Village staff are very professional As much as I was interested in getting more information and a tour of the grounds before applying I appreciated not feeling persuaded to apply AEON housing staff gave me the time I needed because everyone matters at AEON housing Additionally I was given an awesome water bottle filled with treats as a thank you gift for stopping by to inquire about East Village Apartments The office staff informed me those new applicants and those who inquired about possibly living in the community were being given a small token of AEON and East Villages employee appreciation for future interest in the community In closing I would like to point out that a lot of management companies have people behind the desk that manage the properties but its unusual to see an office so invested in ensuring that all applicants know they are valued and matter to the company Taking the place of the regular leasing agent on vacation the actual office manager stepped out from behind her desk Christine did this without even thinking twice Thank you East Village Staff for making me feel like you value me and not just my applicationnnFuture AEON ResidentnGeorgia more ... hide ...
