Rent is high for what they offer maintenance is slow onsite management only on site 8 hours a week kids cannot play outside and they change rules in violation of rental lease frequently Make this a last choice if one at all

Bad management. I love living here. I also am very impressed with onsite mgr. She is kind, very thoughtful of the residents. Goes above & beyond for everyone. The only complaint I have is the plowing. The only complaint I have is the plowing. They leave 1-2 in. of snow on the parking lot everytime it snows. It also takes too long to plow after it snows. They only plow Monday-Friday 9-5. Recently it snowed a bunch on a Thursday & we didnt get plowed until Monday.My grandson has a plowing business & he said if he left a job like our bldg. he would be fired. They need to drop the blade to get all the snow off the pavement. After all it is a senior & handicap bldg. Lots of people have canes, walkers, wheelchairs etc. This is not Lisas fault. The plow guys are coming from MGB. She has no control who plows. Other than the plowing I love living here.more ...hide ...
