Rent is high for what they offer maintenance is slow onsite management only on site 8 hours a week kids cannot play outside and they change rules in violation of rental lease frequently Make this a last choice if one at all

Lady at front desk was nice and worked hard to help, but whoever is running the place took a long time to respond to our application making us wait almost 2 months just to deny us for seemingly no reason Bad management.
