I also am very impressed with onsite mgr. She is kind, very thoughtful of the residents. Goes above & beyond for everyone. The only complaint I have is the plowing. They need to drop the blade to get all the snow off the pavement. After all it is a senior & handicap bldg. Lots of people have canes, walkers, wheelchairs etc. This is not Lisas fault.
