I would never recommend this place for a child My child went here never had a one on one session with a therapist Our social worker set up an interview and then never called us I tried to reach them and they connected me to another parent that was alI would never recommend this place for a child My child went here never had a one on one session with a therapist Our social worker set up an interview and then never called us I tried to reach them and they connected me to another parent that was also trying to call in I dont even know how that happens They prescribed my child an anti depressant and then when released they never called it in to my pharmacy to have it filled I had to wait until the following Monday to get ahold of someone to do it so after being on medication for a week they went several days without which is not ok to do with this type of med The workers were rude to the kids there were fights and overall was just a terrible experience for our familymore ...hide ...

I used to live there, it was very professional but now not anymore. I called and made an appointment one week before for an apartment showing. When we went to the office on Saturday for the showing, Julia refused to showing us the apartment and we told her we already have an appointment and we came from Burnsville, she still insisted to not showing us the aprtment and I asked her if we took one hour to come here for nothing even though we have an appointment? She said she doesnt care. She made me feel very frustrated and because of her I hate this place.I hope the manager reads this because she has no right to treat people like that. she was really rude and unprofessional.more ...hide ...
