I am infuriated that the property manager does not fulfill his duties. Once I moved in, things got bad with the person I had moved in with; it became a domestic issue. I spoke to the property manager recently, telling him I am in danger and need to cancel my lease and relocate. I've told him that more than seven times, but he ignored all calls and messages. Yesterday, I contacted him and said the ex-partner was trying to murder me and breaking windows. When he responded, he guaranteed that the individual would be barred and taken off the lease. But then my ex-partner contacted me and said the property manager had not said that. I asked the property manager in a text and called eight times, but he still did not answer. I called during business hours, but he still elected not to answer. At this point, he is not dependable, lies, and is not a man of his word. He is scarcely on the premises. The building is great, but do not anticipate the property manager to be attentive before and after you move in.more ...hide ...
The lofts are beautiful I love the brick walls and the square footage is amazing plenty of room for my family The manager is great too Hes very professional and understanding

If I could give zero stars I would. I wouldnt want my worst enemy living in that hell hole. First the manager is rude and racist to anybody who isnt African. I was hit with bogus lease violations after I had to call the police on my daughters father for putting his hands on me. It was told by the manager to other tenants he didnt want cop callers in the building. Im sorry I was in worried about the safety of my kids and myself. I was also told upon moving in they couldnt remember if there was a problem with mice or roaches in my unit. Please nobody rent from them seriously.more ...hide ...
