This clinic is the most horribly managed health clinic I often have to call several times to get my prescriptions refilled They say things like Illsend a note to the nurse to get your prescriptions refilled and have them call you back when its done TThis clinic is the most horribly managed health clinic I often have to call several times to get my prescriptions refilled They say things like Illsend a note to the nurse to get your prescriptions refilled and have them call you back when its done They never call Then when I call back they say We dont have any record that you even called I call weeks in advance of need the prescriptions refilled to give them plenty of time to end up having to call every day because Im out of my meds Nobody should ever get to the point where they are out of their meds Its ridiculous They constantly pass the buck saying well so and so must not have done whatever thing or blame it on the patient rather than take responsibility for dropping the ball and trying to do better Im so fed up I wish there was a way to report them So sad that they are like this People deserve better They dont even deserve 1 starmore ...hide ...

When we went to the office on Saturday for the showing, Julia refused to showing us the apartment and we told her we already have an appointment and we came from Burnsville, she still insisted to not showing us the aprtment and I asked her if we took one hour to come here for nothing even though we have an appointment? She said she doesnt care. She made me feel very frustrated and because of her I hate this place.I hope the manager reads this because she has no right to treat people like that. she was really rude and unprofessional.more ...hide ...
