This building is not smoke free at all When we moved in we were told that they have a strict no smoking policy and to tell them whenever it becomes an issue but every single Fall and Winter and the colder months of Spring the smokers refuse to smoke This building is not smoke free at all When we moved in we were told that they have a strict no smoking policy and to tell them whenever it becomes an issue but every single Fall and Winter and the colder months of Spring the smokers refuse to smoke outside and smoke directly in their apartments It is tobacco and marijuana and it just travels around the building and directly into other apartments When you walk in the building it immediately smells Same thing in the elevator and the hallways And its people who spend all day and night in their apartments smoking You cant even sleep properly because youre breathing it in all night As Im posting this my apartment smells terribly of cigarettes The air here is already dry but mixed with all the smoking Ive been getting nosebleeds So if you are a nonsmoker I really wouldnt recommend this placennThe kids in the building trash the place on a daily basis There are markings all over the walls Their parents literally allow them to litter wherever They also have them take out the trash so there will be trash just sitting in the elevator or on the stairs When they do make it all the way to the garage they either dont even bother to throw the trash in the actual dumpster and just leave it on the ground or they throw it and end up missing the dumpster completely and trash ends up all around the area Also the garbage is collected between 100AM and 300AMnnThere are only two washing machines and dryers per floor yet people are rude enough to always leave their clothes in the machines for hours or for a whole day making it so others cant use the machines People also dont know how to clean up after themselves when they make a mess It doesnt help that parents do allow their kids to play around in there So the laundry rooms are always messy Things do eventually get cleaned up by the cleaning crewnnI personally have never had a problem with the management of this place until this year I now understand all the complaints All the other negative reviews are 100 legit and I honestly cant wait to move outmore ...hide ...
I lived in this building for 5 years and couldnt wait to get out The only reason we stayed was because it made sense financially for a while The apartment itself was fantastic very spacious This is pretty much where it starts and endsnI dont know if I lived in this building for 5 years and couldnt wait to get out The only reason we stayed was because it made sense financially for a while The apartment itself was fantastic very spacious This is pretty much where it starts and endsnI dont know if its improved since I left but if you want your packages find a different way of getting them delivered I had packages stolen because there was no way for the deliverer to get in the building Of course no accountability or help from the front desk who for months after covid just left everyones packages open and displayed in the front office for anyone to picknLaundry either doesnt work or there are just loads sitting in there from other neighbours who assume its their personal dryerwashernMaintenance was a joke The people itself are lovely but you had to wait forever to get anything donenThey will usually give you a one day heads up if there are any inspections which happen decently oftennI saw the windows get cleaned in my first year I dont know if they were ever washed after thatnIf you get locked out of your apartment GOOD LUCK They have some weird system where you have to call at least 23 people in order to have some person come and let you in a good 2 hours at minimum after you call Then you get a charge for it that is about 100 i want to saynHands down worst part Management Before COVIDI literally have no idea who was getting paid to be up there because there was almost never anyone and they are the least accomodatinghelpful peoplenVERY VERY important that you email and have written proof of EVERY interaction you have with them because they will point blank lie Keep copies of your lease and be ready to email several times or wait for a long time before you get a response from them Once they respond to you its like they are doing you the biggest favor No apologies really really poor communicationmore ...hide ...

The staff is great, but their office hours are quite limited. The fob security system is great for safety but makes it hard to receive packages since the office closes early, usually around 3:30/4pm. Some of the other tenants are not very friendly. If you park in the garage, don't expect your car to stay clean; the dust is so bad that one day is all it takes for your car to get filthy. The trash cans are always overflowing and the kids just leave the trash on the ground. The gym machines are broken and the benches are not in the center, making it hard to get a good workout. If you park on the street, be prepared for your car to get hit, especially in that area. The laundry room on each floor is actually decent, but some tenants will leave their clothes in there for hours. There are only two washers and two dryers per floor. Some tenants even like to add a gallon of water to the washers; I don't know why. I stayed for a year and then left. I wouldn't really recommend this place to anyone.more ...hide ...

I called and made an appointment one week before for an apartment showing. When we went to the office on Saturday for the showing, Julia refused to showing us the apartment and we told her we already have an appointment and we came from Burnsville, she still insisted to not showing us the aprtment and I asked her if we took one hour to come here for nothing even though we have an appointment? She said she doesnt care. She made me feel very frustrated and because of her I hate this place.I hope the manager reads this because she has no right to treat people like that. she was really rude and unprofessional.more ...hide ...
