There are two mailrooms, one for US mail and another for packages, and restrooms for men and women near the mailroom. An underground garage and extra storage rooms are also available, as well as two elevators. Its proximity to Swede Hollow Park, with its 127 steps, makes it feel like you're up north, or you can drive to other parking lots, like the one near the Music Cafe on 7th Street or by Payne Avenue next to the school.
