My very first day joining this team I was met by disgruntled neglected residents I gave the property the benefit of the doubt anyway They have a very inexperienced manager who has is allowed the excuse of stress and being a new manager to speak to heMy very first day joining this team I was met by disgruntled neglected residents I gave the property the benefit of the doubt anyway They have a very inexperienced manager who has is allowed the excuse of stress and being a new manager to speak to her employees so disrespectfully and not be held accountable what so ever Reporting to her manager did absolutely nothing I was told to shut my mouth multiple times at times completely ignored and once addressed the issues I was then shunned basically its only a matter of time before the residence will get the same treatment I feel terrible for the misrepresentation I gave to any future residence I had any meetings or showings with Those that have options to move very encouraged those in limbo of getting in therengood luck youll need it save all your receiptsa documents they have no kind of order or due diligencemore ...hide ...
I lived here for 2 years moved out on January 3rd 2021 Never gave them a hard time always paid rent on time And when I moved out never heard anything about my deposit I called and called to ask about it and no one seem to answer me After 2 months thI lived here for 2 years moved out on January 3rd 2021 Never gave them a hard time always paid rent on time And when I moved out never heard anything about my deposit I called and called to ask about it and no one seem to answer me After 2 months they finally answered and told me their gonna work on my deposit Today I received my deposit of 234 I gave 900 when I moved in The apartment was not painted The carpet was old and we didnt want to deal with it so we just Left it like that I cant believe how they are I have videos of how clean I left the apartment when I moved out I did a walk through the apartment with somebody and they were in surprise of how great we left it And for what So that we will get not even half of what we paid I would never recommend this place After this experience I will still fight for this because what they wrote down for what they use the money for doesnt make sense You guys need better staffing more ...hide ...

The \"mgmt\" doesnt care about the seniors in this building and often use bullying tactics to scare the tenants ( mostly the women) .The assistant mgr. And her boyfriend live here (under 30 yrs. I reported to the INH offices about a party that ended€‹ at 3:30am on February 3rd 2017 and now 4 months later my truck parked in the \"secure\" garage here at Parkway Gardens gets broken into and I had to pay to get it replaced , I contacted the Mgr. Here and was told \" Were not paying for it\" .This isnt the place you want to live , you dont have to believe me just pull in and ask ANY of the elderly about this place that are sitting outside. The inside of the apartments look nothing like the pictures they are advertising. The apartment they showed me was old and outdated and definitely not worth what they are asking ( nearly $1200).
