UPDATE!! After hearing my "new" rent and discovering there is a balance of $1.85, I am left completely baffled. Michael, the manager, appears to be completely incompetent for the job. I have reached out to the corporate UPDATE!! After hearing my "new" rent and discovering there is a balance of $1.85, I am left completely baffled. Michael, the manager, appears to be completely incompetent for the job. I have reached out to the corporate office for answers. I have been living here for two years and recently signed up for a third year, which was a huge mistake. Today I was told I owed $27 for some unexplained prorate charges despite my on-time payments and bills. Furthermore, the lease agreement I signed states my rent is $1102, but the manager said it is $1098 - which is it? He also mentioned my rent next month could be different due to prorate fees and that beginning January 1 all rent must be paid electronically or set up on auto pay to avoid extra fees. I will not be signing up for a fourth year here and come July, they will receive my notice. I strongly suggest avoiding this place and finding another rental.more ...hide ...
