The property is at 200 Eddy Ave, an older apartment complex popular with students and younger people. The cleaning costs, which were done properly according to their standards by me and my roommate, exceeded $1,000. They took advantage of us, plain and simple. They used our money for normal improvement projects rather than restoring the property. Bent screens, nicked paint, etc. due to normal wear and tear... I'm strongly considering informing the relevant authorities in order to investigate cases where they charged exorbitant fees, neglected or mistreated tenants. It's a pity they showed their true colors this way. Their staff are very polite and professional. But as with any landlord, particularly in our beloved Missoula, the priority is to make more money, not to provide a fair and reasonable agreement with tenants. 2022-09-08T21:35:13ZMy family and I moved into the apartment that we had out of desperation as we were not finding anything near where we wanted to live For having 3 young boys plus myself and my fiance in a 900 Sq ft apartment we that that place extremely clean However My family and I moved into the apartment that we had out of desperation as we were not finding anything near where we wanted to live For having 3 young boys plus myself and my fiance in a 900 Sq ft apartment we that that place extremely clean However after we moved out we were told that the place still needed 810 hours of cleaning I was sent pictures that werent even of our apartment Not only that but we continually had mold issues and issues with the dryer vent in the wall I addressed these issues IN PERSON more than once and nothing was done We also never had direct issues with our neighbors but were not comfortable letting our kids outside to play due to the amount of foot traffic beer bottles and screaming matches that were happening around us more ... hide ...
