We rented a 2 bedroom apt, and had to move out due to job relocation to another state. We had 2 months left on lease, and were told that we could move out as long as they were able to re-rent the place which wouldnt be a problem as they had a long wait list. We found out our place was indeed re rented, and then not long after we received a bill for over $2,500 for collections (2 months rent, plus collections fees) which are in the process of being disputed, which has been a nightmare. They are VERY strict, micro manage the place to the point of intrusion. IE: chair outside by your door, all of your comings and goings, inspections, and also there were a few mentally disabled people there, who we were unlucky enough to live by, who complained about EVERYTHING! So do yourself a favor. This is like living in the Missoula projects. There are plenty of better suited places to spend your money on with out the headaches of this management company.more ...hide ...
