Great theater I cant recommend the front orchestra rows forward of A such as CC because the stage is tall in front of you and you will struggle to hear vocals The audio system is not tailored to these seats

I can't give a rating since I haven't seen it, but the photos look fine. Having conducted an extensive search for a clean, safe, adequate and budget-friendly apartment, I know pictures are never enough. Additionally, what worries me is the fact that they don't list the rental process. This is the first time I've encountered this. I found out about the apartment for rent from NJ HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER due to my disabilities and incorrect medical billing, as well as having a housing voucher. They gave me the address and a 1 BR price of $1175, but when I phoned the number I was connected with Premier Properties. I cannot fathom that they wouldn't need a credit check. Nevertheless, I'm sure the Lord has a plan for me (I've had this voucher for 6 months!), and He does amazing things. If this is my new home, I'll come back and give an honest rating. Fricano Towers is a HUD facility with 24/7 onsite security, free WiFi and local TV, as well as one free parking spot. It’s in a great location near the NJ State Theater, restaurants, train station, food markets and hospitals. Residents are also within walking distance of a River Park and can take the free Rutgers bus in downtown NB. An onsite doctor has weekly office hours and there is an ethnically diverse population including ex-Soviet/Russian and Chinese groups. The apartments are old with no central air (only one window AC unit per apartment) or heat regulation in winter (it's either On or Off). Additionally, windows cannot be replaced by management due to their age and requests for repairs or maintenance may take time due to limited staff who often outsource jobs to contractors - though giving a small tip may help things along! Rent prices depend on income level, disability status etc., with residents required to submit financial reviews every year for qualification purposes. Management can also inspect apartments for cleanliness or enter without prior notice if necessary for repairs/maintenance/security/bug spraying. All things considered, Fricano Towers isn't bad place to live if you're willing to accept its limitations.more ...hide ...
