New brunswick apts are very nice and very quiet the layout of the apts are very beautiful The grounds are well kept very relaxing atmosphere The staff is very friendly an helpful

I can't give a rating since I haven't seen it, but the photos look fine. Having conducted an extensive search for a clean, safe, adequate and budget-friendly apartment, I know pictures are never enough. Additionally, what worries me is the fact that they don't list the rental process. This is the first time I've encountered this. I found out about the apartment for rent from NJ HOUSING RESOURCE CENTER due to my disabilities and incorrect medical billing, as well as having a housing voucher. They gave me the address and a 1 BR price of $1175, but when I phoned the number I was connected with Premier Properties. I cannot fathom that they wouldn't need a credit check. Nevertheless, I'm sure the Lord has a plan for me (I've had this voucher for 6 months!), and He does amazing things. If this is my new home, I'll come back and give an honest rating.
