Residents are also within walking distance of a River Park and can take the free Rutgers bus in downtown NB. An onsite doctor has weekly office hours and there is an ethnically diverse population including ex-Soviet/Russian and Chinese groups. The apartments are old with no central air (only one window AC unit per apartment) or heat regulation in winter (it's either On or Off). Additionally, windows cannot be replaced by management due to their age and requests for repairs or maintenance may take time due to limited staff who often outsource jobs to contractors - though giving a small tip may help things along! Rent prices depend on income level, disability status etc., with residents required to submit financial reviews every year for qualification purposes. Management can also inspect apartments for cleanliness or enter without prior notice if necessary for repairs/maintenance/security/bug spraying.
