This apartment complex was the best I could do. It is in a great location and each apartment has a free covered parking space. The rooms and bathrooms are of a good size and the new maintenance team usually fixes any issues in a timely manner. Howeve This apartment complex was the best I could do. However, when I moved in, the place was not clean. My apartment flooded twenty times over three years, yet it was never properly fixed (there was a lot of staff turnover). The vinyl floors, though attractive, can be easily dented by furniture and if this happens, you will be charged for repair or replacement - despite it not being your fault. The dishwasher was dirty when I arrived and I tried to clean it as best I could, but I was still charged a cleaning fee after vacating. I feel like they expect a perfect condition from you, yet don't do necessary repairs (like fixing the flooding). All in all, it was an okay place to live, but be aware of the rules and fees. more ... hide ...
