2020-08-07T18:27:58ZI am writing this review so this hopefully never happens to anyone else For starters their applicationqualifying phase is absolutely ridiculous and way too tedious About 2 weeks ago the leasing agent called and said good news youre approved and there I am writing this review so this hopefully never happens to anyone else For starters their applicationqualifying phase is absolutely ridiculous and way too tedious About 2 weeks ago the leasing agent called and said good news youre approved and theres nothing else left to do on your end Sounded great however there were still NUMEROUS things we still had to do Here we are weeks after first applying and told we were approved and I get a phone call saying our application was denied We were supposed to move in in THREE DAYS Not to mention we were denied because our leasing agent did not give us accurate information regarding the requirements which she herself was ignorant of I 100 do not recommend doing business with this place Now I am left to find a new place to live in less than a week more ...

2020-06-02T16:02:45ZI lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays but I honestly didnt mind it They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked f I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays but I honestly didnt mind it They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked fine with me I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect kids yelling at their video games or children running around If you hate noise the maybe this is not the place for you but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule which is 10pm7am Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient They are very understanding and good with communication The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen OVERALL 1010 the neighborhood keeps to themselves follows Quiet Hours staff is friendly and understanding and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days more ...
