Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didnt mind it. I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect (kids yelling at their video games or children running around). If you hate noise, the maybe this is not the place for you, but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule (which is 10pm-7am). Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient. They are very understanding and good with communication. The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community, so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen. OVERALL: 10/10, the neighborhood keeps to themselves, follows Quiet Hours, staff is friendly and understanding, and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days. more ... hide ...
