This is my honest review from someone who has worked in the apartment industry for yearsnIve lived here for a year now In the first 46 months and with the previous property manager I would have rated this place with negative stars but since the intrThis is my honest review from someone who has worked in the apartment industry for yearsnIve lived here for a year now In the first 46 months and with the previous property manager I would have rated this place with negative stars but since the introduction of new management and new office staff this place has done a complete 180 in my opinionnnWhen I First moved in it took 6 months and a new property manager to get a maintenance person to come and look at a leaky toiletnnUpon explaining it to the newly introduced office staff they humbly and patiently listened to my frustrations sympathized with what I was going through and then promptly sent a maintenance man to my apartment to fix the issuennWhen it wasnt quite fixed the first time they called the maintenance man on his personal cell phone and directed him back to my apartment to replace the entire toilet which was done the very next day With the prior management we had been trying to have that problem fixed literally for 6 months and kept getting shoved aside for prospective residentsnnMegan New property manager genuinely cares for the well being of her tenants and for the proper maintenance of the property This authenticity oozes out of her when you speak with her She is bright pleasant to speak with intelligent and very accommodating and understandingnnFor an example there was one month where we had an unexpected and expensive Veterinarian Bill for my dog which wiped out majority of my rent money I went and explained what had happened to Megan to see if she would be willing to work with me She said to pay what I can or hold off until I have the money to pay the entirety of it next week and that she would waive the late fee as a courtesy It is this genuine humanness that is so refreshing to find within such a cutthroat industrynnThe office staff are extremely friendly often seeing how youre doing or starting a conversation with you when you go into the office to refill your laundry card They are accommodating and genuine in their approach to get to the bottom of your issuesnnSometimes there are things that are out of their control such as HVAC Contractors noshowing or cancelling appointmentsnThis incident occurred where we were out of AC for a couple weeks And despite the Offices best efforts they couldnt get the HVAC Contractors to fulfill their obligations or show up in a timely mannernnMany residents were very upset which is entirely understandable with the NM summer heat however many residents took this frustration out on the office staff which is not productive or warrantednnAfter the AC was restored I went into the office to give a notice to vacate due to a move out of state and wanted to know if the last months rent could be chunked up in payments due to deposits of new apartment and without even asking Megan asked how long I was out of AC and promptly gave my account a credit for the inconvenience Again this kind humanness is super hard to find in the apartment industrynnThey recently repaved all of the parking lots in the complex and posted notices with maps showing what parking lots were going to be worked and when They asked that all residents comply with the paving schedule or cars will be booted and towed However before the pavers would start Megan and Office Staff were going through all of the building and knocking on residents doors to ensure that residents knew that the parking lot in front of their buildings were being paved that day and to move their car if they had it in the pavers way to ensure it would not be booted and towednnThey recently got the Pool cleaned up and running Since I moved in the Pool was always empty and looked to never come back but within just a few short weeks of Megan taking over the property she had the pool cleaned inspected filled and now the complex is filled with childrens laughter and play I really hope Megan and the wonderful leasing agents stick around who knows how this place will turn out without these lovely ladiesmore ...hide ...

This apartment complex owes me money. They said it would be delivered in 30 days. I cant even get someone to tell me if it was sent or not. They are withholding my money. I turned in my keys and they tried to charge me an additional day because they are so sketchy and do nothing by the book.I am high risk pregnant with Preeclampsia and high blood pressure. My air conditioner broke the first couple days of summer. The manager told me they didnt know when it was going to get fixed, had vendors come out multiple times. They provided me a portable air conditioner that covered 300 sq. ft. of my 1300 sq. ft. apartment and told me to deal with it.Policies are broken everyday at this apartment complex and in my situation my personal information was given out without my consent. Good luck trying to avoid Identity theft because Im sure they wouldnt have hesitation to give that out as well.Not only did they remove me from the unit for nonpayment when they had my assistance check in their possession and were notified I got assistance. Maintenance is not done, to the point where my son got a concussion for an entire exhaust fan falling out of the ceiling onto his head. When I told the manager, she said:\"what do you want me to do about that\".Management does not answer the phone and lies constantly. I lived at La Entrada for over a year and had maintenance requests open the entire time. The Manager was the worst to deal with. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional and rude every single time. La entrada was the WORST apartment complex I have ever lived in.The bugs throughout the community were terrible, the grounds were covered in feces. to the point where you could not open your window because it would smell so bad. There was human feces in the hallways of the buildings. Railings not on the stairs. Every window in my unit leaked every time it rained. Floods occurred in my unit multiple times.more ...hide ...
