Though my usual rent was $850, they attempted to charge me more than double that amount without a second thought. I fought this by requesting evidence to support the charge and by providing a copy of my lease and proof of my previous month's payment. Despite this, the following month came with another attempt to overcharge me; I had to resend them the same lease for a second time. The customer service, professionalism, and even the electrical wiring in this place is abysmal and they are willing to overcharge their tenants without hesitation. Complaints of overcharged bills, thefts, broken utilities, and even someone gathering people for a class action lawsuit can be found on their community board. This place has too many issues to justify its prices; find somewhere else until they get their act together. Additionally, the yards are not kept up and are littered with dog poop. more ... hide ...
