I lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM. Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didnt mind it. They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE aheadI lived here for two years and it honestly is a HIDDEN GEM. Id say the first 6 months there were a lot of notices for inspections and bug sprays, but I honestly didnt mind it. They gave you AT LEAST A 2 DAYS NOTICE ahead of time and I felt that worked fine with me. I lived downstairs and never heard loud noises besides what you would expect (kids yelling at their video games or children running around). If you hate noise, the maybe this is not the place for you, but everyone who I lived next to followed the Quiet Hours rule (which is 10pm-7am). Maintenance requests were always fixed the same day and the staff is SO NICE and patient. They are very understanding and good with communication. The area also has very low crime rates and its a gated community, so you can trust your vehicle wont get stolen. OVERALL: 10/10, the neighborhood keeps to themselves, follows Quiet Hours, staff is friendly and understanding, and maintenance requests are ALWAYS fixed within 2 days.more ...hide ...

I live here! Yvette is such a good manager and she truly cares about us tenants. Its been a very pleasant 5 years here for me. We have a lovely clubhouse complete with a swimming pool and a year around jacuzzi. We alwaysI live here! Yvette is such a good manager and she truly cares about us tenants. We always have potlucks/birthday bashes (with yummy food) all the time. Plus, theres a mini gym to keep fit! This is a very PET FRIENDLY environment. Your furry friends will be welcomed. The apartments are a decent size with dishwashers, pantries, washer/dryers, and balconies (2 bedrooms have balconies only) The hallways are always clean. Most of the tenants take pride in helping to keep the place clean. Parking lot is well lit up at night and its a GATED COMMUNITY! Sorry to have written so much but I LOVE it here.more ...hide ...
