Yes I have a lot to say about this complex for one my mother lives there shes been trying to get a lower apartment but it seems that they are giving it to people that are just coming in Another thing is they charge 900 for this place which is suppose Yes I have a lot to say about this complex for one my mother lives there shes been trying to get a lower apartment but it seems that they are giving it to people that are just coming in Another thing is they charge 900 for this place which is supposed to be for the elderly they do not have enough elevators and they do not have any ramps for these old people to get up on the sidewalk I give this a bad review nothing gets done but they sure want their money well I think they should go ahead and do stuff around the place that is helpful to the elderly more ... hide ...

Whew Im GLAD I dodged a bullet by NOT moving into these apartments We originally wanted a one bedroom I guess now they have a long waiting list for those So I stopped by and took a tour of the property and was shown a two bedroom instead What I notic Whew Im GLAD I dodged a bullet by NOT moving into these apartments We originally wanted a one bedroom I guess now they have a long waiting list for those So I stopped by and took a tour of the property and was shown a two bedroom instead What I noticed was a lot of paint chipping from the ceilings Leaks maybe There appears to be a very weak drainage system especially after a hard rain because there were miniature lakes that we kept stepping in throughout the property By the time the tour was overmy shoes were SOAKED I could tell that this place has seen better days We decided not to move in GSL has better properties in other parts of town Oh please read TERRI OHARES post more ... hide ...

One stormy evening, the roof leaked (for the third time) and shorted out our alarm system. Repairs were slow in coming because other places were worse off. The cooling system had problems too, which wasn't considered a priority. After calling the manager, he instructed me to reset the refrigerated air system and wait five minutes, but there was still no change. I phoned back and no one responded, not even the manager who lived on the same floor. When we left, he claimed that since we had purchased a new house, we would receive our deposit back and not be charged for leaving a month early. However, he was wrong. Do not rent from LaCantera; it's a nightmare. more ... hide ...
