Elena the property manager is extremely nice and helpful The apartment was really clean when we moved in and any small issues have been resolved almost immediately I would highly recommend this apartment complex

We went to the leasing office to report it and the woman there simply laughed and said "I had a feeling it didn't". Maintenance and the HVAC company came to our unit 5 times without any luck. We had to make multiple complaints (or threaten to move out) before it was fixed a month later. You need to make 4-10 service requests before anything is actually done. The lawn gets mowed once a month and our dogs were infested with ticks on a weekly basis. There was no one to make sure the other tenants were picking up after their pets. Kids shouting profanities and playing in the street was the norm, any time of the day or night. Our cars were constantly at risk to being damaged by stray kickballs or baseballs. The walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbors' conversations. I could go on and on but the bottom line is: DO NOT MOVE HERE. The Halfmoon/Clifton Park area has much more fitting options and I'm certain that their management is much better.more ...hide ...

There are no dishwashers and no central air conditioning, just old wall-mounted air conditioners which the tenants have to replace when they break, something that can be a struggle financially since most living there only receive Social Security. The rent is based on income. Inside the complex is a gorgeous community room with a kitchenette, but no activities are organized for the seniors. The only office is open a couple of days a week for tenants to ask questions.more ...hide ...

I have witness this on multiple times. we will not be signing another lease at blue spruce. it is not safe when you have smoking going on while im sleeping.more ...hide ...
