There are no dishwashers and no central air conditioning, just old wall-mounted air conditioners which the tenants have to replace when they break, something that can be a struggle financially since most living there only receive Social Security. The rent is based on income. Inside the complex is a gorgeous community room with a kitchenette, but no activities are organized for the seniors.
