My main grievance was the lack of personnel on weekends (we constantly had problems when we asked for our bikes or suitcases), the issue with the gym entry (you have to have a special key but they give it after an instructor assessment, they gave me the wrong phone number and then when I got the correct one the teacher was never available), and the main issue we had was with the prime doorman. We went on holiday and some friends from abroad came to take care of my cat, we left one night before they arrived so couldn't give them the keys in person, and when I left the keys a couple of times before for the pet sitter in an envelope, they said it was better to leave a document with the explicit directions and they would open the door instead of bearing the keys. Nevertheless, this door person refused to open the door, even though I talked to him on the phone, and had a really bad attitude when it was an emergency, I had the worst vacation time because I was really concerned about the wellbeing of my cat. They should have explicit rules and regulations for this type of circumstance, particularly since they are there "to help", not make more problems against tenants directions.more ...hide ...

Really nice building. The management is really good and the doormen are great. There are some comments here about specific doormen but they have all been great to me. Tickets get answered pretty quickly (if any). I livedReally nice building. The management is really good and the doormen are great.
