Lived here in a two bedroom for a year now, apartments are small but for 485 a month not bad at all! You pay cable, phone, internet, gas, and electric. Had a little bit of a drug problem at first but the manager is doing a fantastic job here and cleaned it up nicely! Would rent from here again for sure! Only leaving due to a growing family :)Dislikes; pet policy only allows dogs under 40lbs, even though two of my neighbors clearly have 60lb pitbulls, but they are friendly and never bother me a bit. Also, The maintenance is very slow at repairs and frequently enters the apartments for \"upkeep\" such as once every two - three weeks for things like pest control and filter changes. Annoying if you are like me and works third. Not a huge deal though!more ...hide ...
