Only leaving due to a growing family :)Dislikes; pet policy only allows dogs under 40lbs, even though two of my neighbors clearly have 60lb pitbulls, but they are friendly and never bother me a bit. Also, The maintenance is very slow at repairs and frequently enters the apartments for \"upkeep\" such as once every two - three weeks for things like pest control and filter changes.
