Lived here in a two bedroom for a year now apartments are small but for 485 a month not bad at all You pay cable phone internet gas and electric Its quiet for the most part lots of kids which to be expected lots of traffic in and out peaceful for mos Lived here in a two bedroom for a year now apartments are small but for 485 a month not bad at all You pay cable phone internet gas and electric Its quiet for the most part lots of kids which to be expected lots of traffic in and out peaceful for most of the time Had a little bit of a drug problem at first but the manager is doing a fantastic job here and cleaned it up nicely Would rent from here again for sure Only leaving due to a growing family nnDislikes pet policy only allows dogs under 40lbs even though two of my neighbors clearly have 60lb pitbulls but they are friendly and never bother me a bit Also The maintenance is very slow at repairs and frequently enters the apartments for upkeep such as once every two three weeks for things like pest control and filter changes Annoying if you are like me and works third Not a huge deal though more ... hide ...
