I have lived there. I had 2 infants at the time. There was good and bad. But I do have to say Elm Terrace is the only place that would let me have a place. I moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick. At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the aparI moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick. At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the apartment manager and she said she would have maintenance come look at it but they never did. I lived there for about 9 months the final straw for me was when my apartment was infested with mice! It wasnt just 1 or 2, in one week I killed 6 with the help of my uncle. I also told management about this issue as well and they told me that maintenance again would take care of the issue. I told them I wanted out of my lease and they refused until I emailed cooperate about the situation and then all of a sudden they were allowing me to get out of it. Also forewarning they cant keep apartment managers or maintenance people, they are constantly changing.more ...hide ...
