I had 2 infants at the time. There was good and bad. But I do have to say Elm Terrace is the only place that would let me have a place. I just didnt meddle with others and I stayed to my self. I lived there for about 9 months the final straw for me was when my apartment was infested with mice! It wasnt just 1 or 2, in one week I killed 6 with the help of my uncle. I also told management about this issue as well and they told me that maintenance again would take care of the issue. I told them I wanted out of my lease and they refused until I emailed cooperate about the situation and then all of a sudden they were allowing me to get out of it.
