I moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the apartment manager and she said she I moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the apartment manager and she said she would have maintenance come look at it but they never did I lived there for about 9 months the final straw for me was when my apartment was infested with mice It wasnt just 1 or 2 in one week I killed 6 with the help of my uncle I also told management about this issue as well and they told me that maintenance again would take care of the issue I told them I wanted out of my lease and they refused until I emailed cooperate about the situation and then all of a sudden they were allowing me to get out of it Also forewarning they cant keep apartment managers or maintenance people they are constantly changing more ... hide ...

Its pretty good but not something long term if you plan on a family or going to a job where you travel a lot Im not a fan of people just walking in while Im sleeping though

I had 2 infants at the time. There was good and bad. But I do have to say Elm Terrace is the only place that would let me have a place. I just didnt meddle with others and I stayed to my self.
