This is embarrassing to type but if it helps another woman in my situation I relocated to Oklahoma a little over a month ago after escaping an abusive relationship No job nowhere to go I had enough in my pockets for food and a cheap motel for my kids This is embarrassing to type but if it helps another woman in my situation I relocated to Oklahoma a little over a month ago after escaping an abusive relationship No job nowhere to go I had enough in my pockets for food and a cheap motel for my kids I found a good job but only had one paystub For days I drove around to every apartment complex applied for housing No one would help me I felt hopeless Then I called the Gardens apartments and explained my situation to Alisha My car broke down the day after I filled out my application This lady was my angel She picked me up and drove me to her office to finish my paperwork Then she drove me to the place to have my electric turned on That alone was more than enough but she even found a mechanic that would let me pay out my car repair I have a home now for my kids and a landlord that goes above and beyond There are still good people in this world more ... hide ...

I moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the apartment manager and she said she I moved into these apartments because I needed to find something quick At first everything was fine except the dishwasher never worked from the time I moved in and there was standing water in it and I contacted the apartment manager and she said she would have maintenance come look at it but they never did I lived there for about 9 months the final straw for me was when my apartment was infested with mice It wasnt just 1 or 2 in one week I killed 6 with the help of my uncle I also told management about this issue as well and they told me that maintenance again would take care of the issue I told them I wanted out of my lease and they refused until I emailed cooperate about the situation and then all of a sudden they were allowing me to get out of it Also forewarning they cant keep apartment managers or maintenance people they are constantly changing more ... hide ...
