For the rent and \"on-site maintenance\" claim, I cannot get anyone to pick up the siding that blew off my apartment 2 months ago or a hot water heater (cold showers) for over a week. Its always a \"communication error\" between the on-site manager and maintenance that leaves residents paying for apartments without hot water. Not even a phone call when maintenance no shows the scheduled time. Very disappointing. Hopefully no one else is experiencing what I have for 3 years.more ...hide ...

I have been living here for nearly 4 years, and overall, it is a great apartment complex. There is a pool! Washer and dryers in the units are KEY! :) The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any I have been living here for nearly 4 years, and overall, it is a great apartment complex. There is a pool! Washer and dryers in the units are KEY! :) The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any issues, and the grounds are well kept, including during winter weather. Since RP Management took over, they have replaced the windows and the toilet in all apartments, and they have also redone the parking lot blacktop throughout the complex. Pets are allowed here without any breed restrictions as well. Noise from the railroad tracks by Main Street is minimal and not an issue like it would be for apartments closer to the tracks. One small downside is parking can be pretty tight depending on what lot you live by, so you may have to walk a bit to your apartment. Overall, it is a great complex, and is located in a safe, quiet area.more ...hide ...
