Poor management high turnover rates with tenants The maintenance is horrible I am a maintenance technician There are issues that have been brought to their attention and nothing has been done The deck is rotten trim falling off building and still lay Poor management high turnover rates with tenants The maintenance is horrible I am a maintenance technician There are issues that have been brought to their attention and nothing has been done The deck is rotten trim falling off building and still laying on the ground for three months Several water damages with neighbors I brought an issue to their attention that caused water damage The neighbor had a similar issue The rent is ridiculously high for what you get Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live Definitely not worth the trouble here more ... hide ...

I have been living here for nearly 4 years and overall it is a great apartment complex There is a pool Washer and dryers in the units are KEY The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any issues and the grounds are well kept I have been living here for nearly 4 years and overall it is a great apartment complex There is a pool Washer and dryers in the units are KEY The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any issues and the grounds are well kept including during winter weather Since RP Management took over they have replaced the windows and the toilet in all apartments and they have also redone the parking lot blacktop throughout the complex Pets are allowed here without any breed restrictions as well Noise from the railroad tracks by Main Street is minimal and not an issue like it would be for apartments closer to the tracks One small downside is parking can be pretty tight depending on what lot you live by so you may have to walk a bit to your apartment Overall it is a great complex and is located in a safe quiet area more ... hide ...
