There is a pool! Washer and dryers in the units are KEY! :) The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any I have been living here for nearly 4 years, and overall, it is a great apartment complex. Washer and dryers in the units are KEY! :) The maintenance staff are very friendly and promptly take care of any issues, and the grounds are well kept, including during winter weather. Since RP Management took over, they have replaced the windows and the toilet in all apartments, and they have also redone the parking lot blacktop throughout the complex. Pets are allowed here without any breed restrictions as well. Noise from the railroad tracks by Main Street is minimal and not an issue like it would be for apartments closer to the tracks. One small downside is parking can be pretty tight depending on what lot you live by, so you may have to walk a bit to your apartment.
