I have never before experienced such intense bullying as I did when I worked at this facility. It is the rudest and least professional place of employment I have ever encountered. It is the rudest and least professional place of employment I have ever encountered. Hard-working staff are taken advantage of, yet those who don't put in effort are praised. Bullying runs rampant among nurses and CNAs, yet management turns a blind eye to it all. A supervisor even told me "nurses will always be above you because they are needed more than you are." I came to work every day afraid after what happened and nothing was done about it. Agency personnel get whatever they want while regular staff goes unnoticed and forgotten; management is abysmal, scheduling even worse--I asked for one day off in the two months I was there but it was denied! This place is nothing like how they advertise; roaches were everywhere on every floor of skilled care units, housekeeping rarely does anything, and residents complain constantly about lack of cleaning. If given the choice again, I wouldn't work here or recommend anyone else does either; these people deserve so much better than this!more ...hide ...
