It is the rudest and least professional place of employment I have ever encountered. Bullying runs rampant among nurses and CNAs, yet management turns a blind eye to it all. A supervisor even told me "nurses will always be above you because they are needed more than you are." I came to work every day afraid after what happened and nothing was done about it. Agency personnel get whatever they want while regular staff goes unnoticed and forgotten; management is abysmal, scheduling even worse--I asked for one day off in the two months I was there but it was denied! This place is nothing like how they advertise; roaches were everywhere on every floor of skilled care units, housekeeping rarely does anything, and residents complain constantly about lack of cleaning.
