If you want bugs all in your apartment, nowhere to park, and no washer/dryer hookups, this is the place to be! They keep letting people move in (obviously for the money, no other reason) when there is already not enough If you want bugs all in your apartment, nowhere to park, and no washer/dryer hookups, this is the place to be! They keep letting people move in (obviously for the money, no other reason) when there is already not enough parking. There are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole first floor, and they€™re always being used and people leave their stuff in for hours. The place stinks so bad when you first walk in, it€™s almost unbearable. All the new residents have multiple huge dogs, I haven€™t even been able to keep track or count how many, I get jumped on every time I€™m just trying to walk to my car. I wouldn€™t recommend this place to my worst enemy.more ...hide ...
Living at Poplar place apartments has been interesting. I was considering moving from this place until the new manager Tamra got here and turned it around. She is always willing to help and she€™s very understanding. TLiving at Poplar place apartments has been interesting. I was considering moving from this place until the new manager Tamra got here and turned it around. She is always willing to help and she€™s very understanding. This place is a better place because of her. The maintenance team is always there to correct the issue. Also this property use to be full of trash until this team got here and made it worth living here. We got a new sign and I feel safe because I always see her walking the property and the breezeways taking pictures and correcting issues.
