There are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole first floor, and theyre always being used and people leave their stuff in for hours. The place stinks so bad when you first walk in, its almost unbearable. All the new residents have multiple huge dogs, I havent even been able to keep track or count how many, I get jumped on every time Im just trying to walk to my car. Also this property use to be full of trash until this team got here and made it worth living here. We got a new sign and I feel safe because I always see her walking the property and the breezeways taking pictures and correcting issues.
