There are only 3 washers and 3 dryers for the whole first floor, and theyre always being used and people leave their stuff in for hours. The place stinks so bad when you first walk in, its almost unbearable. All the new residents have multiple huge dogs, I havent even been able to keep track or count how many, I get jumped on every time Im just trying to walk to my car. She is always willing to help and shes very understanding. This place is a better place because of her. The maintenance team is always there to correct the issue. Also this property use to be full of trash until this team got here and made it worth living here. We got a new sign and I feel safe because I always see her walking the property and the breezeways taking pictures and correcting issues.
